This Privacy Policy explains how disposed. (the "App"), operated by Ahmet Yusuf Toprakli ("we", "us"), collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use the App. It is provided to comply with Apple App Store requirements and, for users in Türkiye, with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK").

The App does not collect any data for advertising, marketing, or third-party analytics purposes. It does not access your location, contacts, or data from other apps on your device.
All data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL-based) infrastructure hosted in the EU, protected by row-level access control. Photos are only visible to participants of the same event room, and only after the "gallery reveal" time set by the room's host has passed.
Your data (name and photos) is shared only with other participants of the event room you join. We never sell or transfer your data to third-party companies, ad networks, or analytics providers.
You have the right to know whether your personal data is being processed, to request information about how it's processed, to request correction of inaccurate data, and to request deletion of your data once the purpose for processing it no longer applies.

If you request deletion of your account and data, we will fulfill your request within 30 days. A room's host can delete their room and all associated photos at any time.
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from this age group.
This policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page.
